WHAT:
Secretary of State Randy A. Daniels will welcome four specially trained disaster search and rescue dogs to service in New York, watch them demonstrate their life saving techniques at the New York's Urban/Technical Search and Rescue Facility and will present a proclamation to the handler of Bear, the first SAR dog on site after the World Trade Center disaster.
